1. Digital Product Delivery All products sold on Travews are digital PDF downloads. Access to the file is granted immediately upon successful payment processing via PayPal or cryptocurrency gateways.
2. Refund Eligibility Refunds are strictly limited to the following two objective conditions:
- Technical Failure: The provided download link is defective, and Travews support cannot provide a functional replacement link or deliver the file manually within 48 hours of notification.
- Material Misrepresentation: The downloaded digital file completely fails to deliver the core content explicitly promised on the product sales page.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions Excluding the two conditions listed above, all sales are final upon download. Our server infrastructure tracks and logs all IP addresses and timestamps associated with the generated download link. By downloading the file, you waive any right to a refund or chargeback. Buyer’s remorse or changes in travel plans do not qualify for a refund.
4. Dispute Resolution Claims for broken links or misrepresented content must be submitted directly to Travews support at arouhaldotcom@gmail.com. Claims will be verified against server delivery logs prior to the authorization of any refund.
